A Typical Experience Schedule
Early Morning Briefing
Meet your Maasai warrior guides at your camp or lodge. They will provide a thorough safety briefing and an overview of what you might see and learn on your walk.
The Walk Begins
Enter the bush on foot as the morning sun rises. Your guides will teach you to read the signs of the wild—from the tracks of a leopard to the markings on a tree. Learn to identify birds by their calls and discover the secrets of the smaller creatures that form the foundation of the ecosystem.
Mid-Walk Rest & Stories
Find a scenic and safe spot, perhaps under a large acacia tree, to rest and rehydrate. This is a special time to listen as your guides share personal stories about their ancestry, their culture's relationship with the land, and the traditions of the Maasai people.
Return Journey
Continue your walk back towards camp, putting your new tracking skills to the test. The return journey offers a new perspective as the light changes and different animals become active. Arrive back with a profound new appreciation for the African wilderness.
